Built a Flask application that lets shareholders register via USSD (Africa's Talking) or a web portal, backed by PostgreSQL/SQLAlchemy with SendGrid for transactional email.
Processed 8,500+ shareholder registrations, cutting the average registration time from around 10 minutes to 2, and includes an automated randomized raffle/draw workflow for selecting winners from the registered pool. Held 99.9% uptime under real load.
